Michelle Brock is a New York City based spiritual development life coach and hypnotist who specializes in past life regression, intuitive development, and using guided imagery to manifest positive life changes. In the fall of 2009, she became the host of a weekly talk show on the Voice America Talk Radio Network called “Your Past Will Open Your Future”, and discussed topics related to past lives, soul mates, karma, dream interpretation and much more. Her podcasts attracted as many as 50,000 weekly listeners, primarily from the United States and Canada, and in only 13 weeks it became the second highest rated show on the network.

Michelle is also a writer, and is the author of a blog about spirituality, hypnosis and past lives. She has written a book called “Life Relived: One Woman’s Journey Through Her Past Lives to Find a Spiritual Path”, which chronicles her own experiences remembering her various past lives and how this process led her to find her own unique spiritual path. “Life Relived” is yet to be published.

Michelle’s approach is practical, down to earth, warm, and completely non-denominational, as she believes that true spirituality is an individual journey. Her philosophy is that by learning to remember our past lives we can heal ourselves, discover more about who we are on a deeper level, find inner peace, uncover the purpose for our existence, and evolve and grow spiritually.
Michelle became aware that she had psychic abilities at a very early age, and her quest to understand and develop them led her to the study of spirituality in many different forms. As she came to compare the spiritual traditions in various religions and cultures throughout history, she discovered that many reported mystical experiences throughout the ages seemed to have universal elements and are perhaps even an inherent part of what it means to be human.

After her younger sister’s near death experience in 2004 during which she spoke in a language that she had never learned, Michelle’s focus became past lives, and specifically the process of uncovering past life memories. This led her to meet and work with Dr. Brian Weiss, best-selling author of several books including “Many Lives, Many Masters”, an encounter which resulted in her first past life memory and incited within her a profound spiritual awakening that forever altered the course of her life.
Michelle has to date remembered details from more than 30 of her own past lives, and having led hundreds of past life regressions for others, she is an experienced guide on this path of self-discovery. She is a master hypnotist, having studied hypnosis techniques with several teachers including Dr. Weiss, and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and the International Association of Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT).
Michelle is passionate about spending time with family and friends, doing almost anything outdoors, humanitarian and environmental causes, cycling, yoga, art, and adventure travel. She is a self-professed bookworm, an amateur historian, and most of all she loves the fact that she can play a privileged part in the beautiful and profound mystical and spiritual experiences of others.
